The project development designed by the company’s architects HLC will use an area of 240 hectares. The 18 hole golf complex of championship standard in the valley, designed by international golf architect Dave Thomas, will be overlooked by carefully sited luxury villas, townhouses and apartments.
To the north a charming Portuguese style village will bring local colour and character to the development and a distinctive apartment complex will have commanding view over the river. There will be a magnificent 5 star hotel on high ground overlooking the river and Spain beyond.
Two further villages. Golf village and Guadiana village will complete the complex, making it a self-contained resort of the highest quality, rivalling all Europe’s finest developments.

The Location
